**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS, WITLEY, IN THE DIOCESE OF GUILDFORD, WITH THE DISCRETION TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FACILITIES WHICH ENHANCE PUBLIC WORSHIP AND GENERALLY TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE CHURCH AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.

**Activities:** The principal objects of 'The Friends' are to collect money by subscription and donation to assist in the maintenance of the fabric of the Parish Church of All Saints, Witley, in the Diocese of Guildford (hereinafter called "The Church") with the discretion to provide additional facilities which enhance public worship and generally to preserve and protect the church as a place of Christian worship
