education to the public through its provision of talks and workshops and classes in a variety ol subjects.
The Centre meets its ￿quIreMentS for seThYce io Ihe public, by supporting 8 wide range of
complemèntary therapies and healing lo those in the community who ask for sornelhing over and above
that offèrèd by (he NHS, in an effort lo restore their sense of well baing. This servi¢0 is open to all
regardle55 of r8ce, creed or financial position.

Chair Yoga wlh Lucy Browne on Mondays has been successlul with two classes fully booked with an
average of 10 per class.
Port4a M¢Menemy Breathwork class le2der- all classes malnly lully booked eath fortnight
rhe fortnightly Men'5 group stsrted in November 2023 and is faGilitsted by lan Moul8nd who donates
his time freely. It is funded by the Centre wlh donations made if affordable. Two years later It is running
successfully with number5 averaging at about 13 attendeos. We have regular feedbaGk froffl lan
stating that the group is providing a sate space for men and that some of the group are rnw supporting
ea¢h other outside ol the Centre.
Anne Redfearn and Jane Loukes ran four su¢¢essful workshops focusing on heart ¢enler8d sound
therapy and meditation.
