Light of the Gospel Ministries Charity No. 1064271 Annual Report year ending 31st March 2025 The Light of the Gospel Ministries is constituted by Deed of Trust is a registered charity, No. 1064271. The address is at 39 Berwick Drive, Burnley, Lancashire, BB12 OTN. The Charity Trustees during the year to 31 March 2025 were: Mrs Margaret Pendlebury - Treasurer Mr lan Ferguson - Chairman Mr Mark Woodward Mrs Elizabeth Ferguson The object of the charity is to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs appearing in the schedule hereto in Serbia and in other parts of the world. To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve distress caused thereby in Serbia and in such other parts of the Europe or the world as the trustees may from time-to-time think fit. The charity is dependant on gifts and/or donations from different sources, the charity maintains a married couple, in Serbia to advance the Christian faith. They work in several locations in Serbia, i.e. Pozarevac, Uzice, Kragujevac, Cacak, and Kraljevo, the latter being their home base. During the last year the field workers have passed on reports to the trustees and others who support the work on a regular basis by means of a regular newsletter. They continue to help those in need in different ways from the support that is sent to them. Aid work - They visit and help poor families regularly in the several cities they are working in, mentioned in this report. They provide food parcels, medicines, medical supplies, medical examination bills and therapy. Last winter (2024/25) they also helped the needy families with food, electrical appliances, bills, changing the roof, sorting wood for heating. Caring for the poor is an integral part of who they are and the mission of Light of the Gospel Ministries. Community Centre - The field workers are using a community centre in Kraljevo covering the costs of running it and it is open to people to come in and they help them with their Christian faith sharing pastoral counseling and providing hospitality. Helping the poor - Regularly they provided quality food parcels to 10-15 families. Also, medicines, medical supplies, medical examination bills and therapy. The general cost of food in the past year has significantly risen which means that poverty has increased and people are more in need of the help that the field workers provide. Evangelism - Events were organized in the community centre and invites were given to people to come. At these events guests came to speak from different countries as well as from Serbia. Evangelistic literature that the field workers have written and printed about the basics of the Christian faith and other booklets are given out. These books and literature enable the advance of the Christian faith and it has been effective. The latest book written has been printed and distributed around Serbia and other countries. There are plans of printing more copies of the latest book. Organised events were held for evangelism on the street here they talk to people and give them evangelistic literature. They distribute an evangelistic booklet called "Cup of blessing" written by the field workers and

people receive it gladly and ask questions about faith in God. New Testaments are given to people during evangelistic outreach. Christmas outreach events were held with near to two hundred people present. Everyone present heard the message of faith in God and received a New Testament and other good Christian literature. Field workers provided New Testaments for the work in different cities in central Serbia to help with evangelistic outreaches. Regular Church Ministry led by the field workers - regular services, in Kraljevo (Lighthouse Church) discipling believers through teaching and preaching the Word of God, worship, prayer, fellowship, encouraging, strengthening and supporting them in their faith and life challenges. The church is growing and new people are being added to it. Also, members of the Chachak church attend our services in Kralejvo and online on Zoom that they have regularly. Hospitality of refreshments is always provided for all regular services. National impact - Field workers organises conferences that make an impact for the whole country of Serbia. In November 2024 our church in Kraljevo hosted the national Pentecostal Conference of Serbia. There were present almost 200 pastors and leaders from the north to the south of Serbia. Online Ministry - use of social media and live broadcasts that reaches people all over Serbia, Balkan countries, Europe and beyond. Zoom for meetings online every week and people attend those meetings from Belgrade, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Chachak to Priboj in the very west of Serbia. Travelling to minister in other churches in Serbia and Balkan countries - our field workers travel to other cities in Serbia to strengthen, build up and support churches and leaders - Pozarevac, Sabac, Kragujevac... They do the same in other Balkan countries and speak at conferences. Regular financial support provided for the church in Pozarevac and Kragujevac, so that they can do their work and ministry of preaching the Gospel and reaching the lost. Teaching practical Theology in a Bible school in Vranje, south Serbia, was part of their work during the past year. Regular pastoral visits - to believers in their homes, bringing practical help of groceries, praying for and encouraging them and witnessing as always in homes there are unbelievers present. Believers live from Vrnjacka Banja to Priboj - central to western Serbia, to the border of Bosnia, which is four and a half hours drive by car. They are reaching for the Gospel a vast unreached area in central and western Serbia travelling by car to all these places. Independent Examiners Report to the Trustees of Light of the Gospel Ministries Charity No. 1064271 I report on the accounts of the trust for the year ended 31 March 2025 which are set out above. As the charity's trustees are responsible for the accounts ana or the preparation thereof you consider that the audit requirement of section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is my responsibility to state on the basis of the procedures specified in the general directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section 42(b) of the Act, whether particulars have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examiners Report My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence what would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts. Independent Examiner's Statement In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention. (1) Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements. • To keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the act and to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting requirements of the Act.
