The Light of the Gospel Ministries is constituted by Deed of Trust ig a registered charity, No.
1064271. The address is at 39 Berwick Drive, Bumley, Lancashire, BB12 OTN.
The Charity Trustees during the year to 31 March 2024 were:

The object of the charlty Is to advance the Chrlstlan falth In accordance with the statement of beliefs
appearing in the schedule hereto in Serbia and in other parts of the world. To relieve persons who
are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve distress caused thereby
in Serbia and in such other parts of the Europe or the world as the trustees may from time to time
think frt.
The charity is dependant on gifts andlor donations from different sources, the charity maintains a
married couple, in Serbia to advance the Christian faith. They work in several locations in Serbia,
i.e. Pozarevac, Uzice, Nova Varos, Kragujevac, Cacak. and Kraljevo, the latter being their home
base.
During the last year the field workers have passed on reports to the trustees and others who support
the work on a regular basis by means of a regular newsletter.
They continue to help those in need in different ways from the support that is sent to them.
Aid Minist
They are regularly helping over 20 families with food parcels, medicines, medical
supplies, medical examination bills and therapy. General cost of food has risen sharply and there
are always people in need to be helped. They distributed 350 Christmas parcels to children, they
donated furniture - a a complete three-piece suite to a very poor family in Chacak.
Communi
Centre - The field works are using a community centre in Kraljevo covering the costs of
running it and open it to people to come in and they help them with their Christian faith sharing
pastoral counselling and providing hospitality.
Evan
elism - Events were organised in the communlty and hosted in the community centre, invites
were given for people to come. At these events guests came to speak from Sweden, England, USA
and from other churches or evangelistic organisations from Serbia itself. Conferences were
organised with over 200 people attending. They invite people to come through their online
advertisements using social media.
They distribute their own literature written by the field workers and people receive it well and ask
questions about faith in God.
Christmas outreach events were hold with almost two hundred people present. Everyone present
in each event heard the Gospel, received as a present a New Testament and other good Christian
literature.

They held presentations in schools, reaching 81most 300 pupils, their teachers, staff and parents
with the Good News of Jesus through a Christmas programme. Every child received a Christmas
parcel as a gift.
ular church minist led b the Field Workers - Lighthouse Church has regular services. The
renovation work continues for the church hall in Chachak, so the field workers travel to families in
Chachak to pastorally care for them and bring practical help where there are needs. They have
regular services on Zoom where people attend from various cities. The field workers are active in
teaching and preaching the Word of God, worship, prayer, fellowship, encouraging, strengthening
and supporting them in their faith and life challenges. The church is increasing and growing.
Hospitality refreshments are provided in all regular services for everyone who is present.
Online Minist
They broadcast live Sunday services that reaches people all over Serbia, Balkan
countries, Europe and beyond, even as far as USA and Australia.
They have an online ministry in English called "Step Closerf available on social networks with
written and video messages of encouragement and building up.
ular Pastoral Visits - to believers in their homes, bringing practical help of groceries, praying
for and encouraging them and witnessing as always in homes there are unbelievers present.
Believers live from Vmjacka Banja to Nova Varosh - central to western Serbia, to the border of
Bosnia which is four and a half hours drive. The field workers are reaching with the Gospel a vast
unreached area in central and western Serbia travelling by car to all these places. A better vehicle
was provided so the field works can do all the travelling to carè regularly visiting believers in
Kraljevo, Vrnjacka Banja, Chacak, Mrcajevci, Novo Varos, Kokin Brod.
Trainin
new field worker- Theological and Ch-ristian leadership training is essential to do the
work, and now they are training a young person who is attending a Bible College for this training.
Minist
in Serbia and Balkan countries - the field workers travel to other cities in Serbia to
strengthen, build up and support churches and leaders- Pozarevac, Sabac and Kragujevac. In
Pozarevac they did teaching in a Bible School. Also, regularly supporting the church in Pozarevac
and Kragujevac financially, so that they do their ministry of preaching the Gospel and reaching the
lost. They travelled to Slovenia to do teaching in two churches there, in Maribor and Vadarci.

I report on the accounts of the trust for the year ended 31 March
which are set out
above. As the charity's trustees are responsible for the accounts and for the preparation
thereof you consider that the audit requirement of section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993
(the Act) does not apply. It is my responsibilty to state on the basls of the procedures
specified in the general directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section
42(b) of the Act, whether particulars have come to my attentlon.
Basis of Independent Examiners Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the Chaiity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanatlons from you trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do
not provide all the evidence what would be required in an audit, and consequently I do
not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention.
Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirements.

To keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the act and to prepare
accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting
requirements of the Act.
