**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF HOLISTIC CARE AND TREATMENT OPTIONS FOR POLIO SURVIVORS WHO ARE CURRENTLY, OR MAY IN THE FUTURE, EXPERIENCE THE LATE EFFECTS OF POLIO/POST POLIO SYNDROME.  TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND INFORMATION AND THEREBY EMPOWER SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR CARERS.

**Activities:** The Charity acts as a Post-Polio Information Service for Polio Survivors and Medical/Allied Health Professionals; promotes the provision of holistic care and treatment options for polio survivors; provides support and information and thereby empowers polio survivors and their carers/families; promotes awareness of the late effects of polio, or post polio syndrome (PPS).
