**Objects:** TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF DISABLED AND OTHER DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES TO HELP THEM REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND ACHIEVE BETTER LIFE OUTCOMES, AND SPECIFICALLY TO FACILITATE THEIR SOCIAL, DIGITAL AND ECONOMIC INCLUSION. IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE  PROVISION OF ADVICE AND TRAINING IN THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY; THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICES; THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT TO THOSE WHO WISH TO GAIN OR RETAIN PAID OR VOLUNTARY WORK AND  CARRYING OUT RESEARCH IN THE ABOVE AREAS, AND DISSEMINATING THE RESULTS TO INFLUENCE POLICY MAKING BOTH AT LOCAL AND NATIONAL LEVELS.
