The COMMUNITY ENLIGHTENMENT is running Mother Tongue, Supplementary Study Support Classes, Youth Activities, Lunch Club for Elder People, Cultural Activities, Advice Session, and other various activities for Women, unemployed, elders and pensioners.
Objects: [1]Advance The Education In The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Particularly In The Poplar Area, And Elsewhere In The United Kingdom And In Particular To Advance Education Among People Of Bengalli Ethnic Origin In The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Particularly In The Poplar Area, And Elsewhere In The United Kingdom. [2] Educate And Assist Young People Under The Age Of 26 Of Bengali Ethnic Origin In The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Particular, And Elsewhere In The United Kingdom Through Their Leisure Time Activities To Develop Their Physical Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved. [3] Relieve Poverty Among People Of Bengali Ethnic Origin In The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Particularly In The Popar Area, And Elsewhere In The United Kingdom In Particular By The Provision Of Advice And Counselling To Disabled And Elderly Persons Of Bengali Ethic Origin. [4] Promote Good Race Relations In The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Particularly In The Poplar Area , And Elsewhere In The United Kingdom By Endeavouring To Eliminate Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race And By Encouraging Equality Of Opportunity Between Persons Of Difference Ethnic And Racial Groups. [5] To Do Other Things Incidental Thereto, Provided That They Are Are Charitable At Law.
