**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN NORTHUMBRIA (TO INCLUDE NORTHUMBERLAND, TYNE AND WEAR AND DURHAM) AND IN PARTICULAR THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN CHALLENGING ACTIVITIES THAT OFFER NEW EXPERIENCES, ENHANCE SKILLS AND BUILD A SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT AND SELF-ESTEEM.

**Activities:** To advance the education & training of young people under 25, including those with EHCP.  NYA operates an open door policy and welcomes anyone wishing to learn and promote their own employment prospects in the motor vehicle industry. NYA specialises in working with young people who have a poor school record or who may be at risk of offending.
