During the past financial period, Startlng
Out has been strategically focused on
securing the critical resources essentlal to
advancing our mission. In a challenging
landscape marked by increased
competition for "meanwhile spaces.
which we have traditlonally relied upon,
our small, dedicated, volunteer-driven
team has successfully navigated resource
limitatlons. We have laid a solid foundation
for sustainable growth and impactful
outreach.

achievements of the charlty,

the charity's work has made
to the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 1.20
A key priority has been the substantlal
expansion and fortification of our delivery
network, facilitated through strategic
partnerships with prominent charities and
corporate sponsors. This collaborative
approach not only broadens our reach but
also enhances our access to larger,
resource-rich project sites. By leveraging
these partnerships, we are poised to
significantly increase our capacity to meet
our charitable objectives, delivering
greater support and resources to a larger
beneficiary community in the years to
corne.
Through this enhanced network, we have
broadened the range of assistance
available to our beneficiaries, spanning
from short-term en8agements~such as
events and modular activitles to
sustained support over extended periods.
Our adaptable and scalablé proRrarns are
designed to meet the evolving needs of a
Browing beneficiary base, provlding both
immediate and lasting benefits to those we
serve.
We remain steadfast in our commltment to
providing beneficiaries with essential
access to space and resources that align
directly with our core objectives. We are
pleased to report that these efforts have
resulted in a measurable positive impact,
significantly contributing to the progress of
our beneficiaries.

Our busines5 Start-out program, which was
piloted in the previous financial period,
continues to show promising results. While
its current scope is limited due to resource
constraints. we are confldent that its long-
term Impact will be substantial as the
8roups we senrfe expand and mature over
time.
Below is a Ilst ¢f some of the beneficlary
groups reached through our outreach
efforts this year; each group listed recelved
substantial support via projects
coordinated by our extended volunteering
