The t￿￿te¢S have a duly to identify and re3ry¢w the risks to which the Ch￿ity is eX￿sed and to ensure appropriate
controls are in place to provide reog)nable aw]rance against fraud and error.
The tsvstees have examined the tnajor strategic, business and organisational risks which the charity face8 and c¢)nfJrrn
the Systems have been established to enable regular Tcpots to be produced so that n¢ee&sary steps can be taken to lessen
these risks. To maTLage and mitigate risk a busine¥s risk register h&8 been ijnplementrd and is reviewed quarterly.
