At 31 MaTch 2022 CARMDAS has r¢s¢rv¢s ¢f £266,146 and regerves (alknr d¢ductin8 restrict&a and
designated fvndsl of £258,998.
The Supporting People programme re￿ge Brant the Floating Support contraci have been exlended to
September 2022. It is expected that both Brant8 will go out for tender in Mar¢h 2023.
A¢¢ordingly, materi81 uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability io continue as a
going concern, how¢v¢r the inL4tees consider the 8oillR concern basis adopted for the prepAraiion of ihe fmancial
ststements ¢0 be appropriate.

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT OBLIGATIONS
The rhaTity Pa)s into a defined contribution pension scheme for its employees. The pejtsion ro$t elJarBe
represents contributions paid by the charity to the fiwd and amounted to £19232 (2021: £15.093). At the year
end 31 March 2022 £Nil (2021: £Nil) of per]sion COTRtribuIio￿ remained outstanding.
