To advance the Islamic teachings in accordance with the
principles of the Shia Itna-Asheri and advance education
in 151am.
To provide, educate and assist community members
with their leisure. social activities and employment skills
so as to develop their physical mental and spiritual
capabilitie5 in order that they may develop as
individuals for the betterment of community and public
at large.

Over the year5 the Charity has been dependent for
funding on monthly subscriptions and small regular
donations from community rnembers which to date has
allowed us to meet our annual expenditure.
This financial year we continued to deliver events.

providing both secular and religious programmes.
These projects have continued to be funded by
additional private donations to cover the cost of
providing these services. We continued to provide food
bank seniices to local community covering Norbury.
Croydon. Clapham and other part of South London,
working closely with Council and other charities.

model British Shia muslim by organising and promoting
programs for rellglous awareness and personality
development in the light of preachlng from Quran and

Women.

awareness and spread the message of Imam Hussaln

10. Provide academic and social activities to the community

services. We organised and delivered more than 100

The charity continued to help the community to stay in
touch during the pandemic and delivered a number of
online sessions to promote the message of The
Household of Prophet and to support the community
wellbeing.
Our food bank continued to provide support to
vulnerable and rough sleeping people in South London
through the provision of a weekly soup kitchen. It has
senied more than SO.000 meals to people in and at risk
of homelessness. working closely with Croydon Council's
Housing and Rough Sleepers Team, Prison's and Hospital
Emergency Discharge Teams. We continue to also work
closely with Fareshare {supermarkets like Tesco.
Waitrose etcl. CVA. other Charities (inc Sutton
Nightwatch. Shelter and SPEAR) and local Organisations.
The charity received appreciation from local MP (Steve
Reed) and Councillor- Leila Ben Hassel. for the services
towards humanity.

As the charity's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the
company for the purposes of company law}, you are responsible for the
preparation of the acmunts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 20061lhe 2006 Act").
Having satisfied mysew that the accounts of the Company are not required
to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2W6 Act and are eligible for
independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 ofthe Charities Act 2011
