**Objects:** TO BENEFIT THE DISABLED COMMUNITY OF THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF GATESHEAD BY:A) PROMOTING EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR , REHABILITATION AND INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY OF DISABLED PEOPLE BY SUPPORTING DISABLED PEOPLE IN THEIR ENDEAVOURS TO RAISE AWARENESS OF AND IMPROVE ACCESSB) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST DISABLED PEOPLE WHERE SUCH DISCRIMINATION INVOLVES PROVISION OF INACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES

**Activities:** We want to eradicate disability discrimination & exclusion. Ensure an accessible & inclusive environment is provided for all, by ensuring people with varying impairments are involved at all stages of planning, policy making & review.Our volunteers, service users & workers are involved on an everyday basis through their own experiences on a variety of groups, focus groups, auditing, training etc
