**Objects:** THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE HEALTH GENERALLY OF JEWISH WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND IN PARTICULAR THE PHYSICAL MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF JEWISH EXPECTANT MOTHERS AND THOSE RECOVERING FROM CHILDBIRTH AND THE PROVISION OF A SERVICE OF TRAINED PERSONS AND FACILITIES TO ASSIST JEWISH MOTHERS AND EXPECTANT MOTHERS DURING CHILDBIRTH AND TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO THEM BOTH PRE-NATAL AND POST-NATAL SUPPORT COUNSELLING AND OTHER FORMS OF HELP ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE DURING THESE PERIODS.
