**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN GREATER LONDON AND ELSEWHERE AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE MALAWIAN OR OF MALAWIAN DESCENT BY RELIEVING PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.

**Activities:** To provide social and advisory services to people of Malawian origin living in the UK. Promote connectivity and unity among Malawians in UK Diaspora. Organise Annual National Independence Celebrations for 6th July.
