TO PROVIDE ANCILLARY SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES FOR THEM, INCLUDING EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, TO EQUIP THEM WITH THE SKILLS TO SUCCESSFULLY LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.
