neigliboiirhoods and empower residents wliilsl improving the range and quality ot local service provision lo meet the diverse and
changing needs of people living in a very deprived alta of Liverpool.

It has been another challenging year for the organisation and Ilie development strategy has been reviewed and updated accordingly to

VNC Lontinues to be home lo a nLimber of tenants that provide valuable services lo the wider coinmunity and there is the potential for
tliis to gTrow. AmoiigF4t the lenaiitS is the Vauxhall Cominuiiitv Law an(1 Information Centre, who provi(le cruciul %ervice willi acces.4
to juslice for the community on a range of social welfare issues.
Collaborative working belween VNC and Alt Valley Community Trust continues to go trom strength to strength. Ali Valley have
financially supported VNC lo ¢nable them lo meet the current challellges and the collaboration exrends lh¢ reach and support Ili¢
VNC dre able to provide lo greater numberh.
In the last trustees, report w¢ highlighted that we were looking to redevelop i) dilapidated conimunily spAce to i￿eet the einerging
requireineiits ot the comrnunily in The t.onm ot gyroup Ineeiingis, small coininuiiity cont"erences. comiiiunity consultations. elc. This has
been siiccessfully achieved due lo the partnership working with Alt Valley C:ommunity Trust and we now haiie a t.ully refurbish¢d, fit
for purpoNe, Inodern coinmunity %puce.
VNC also provides space for a number local groiips operaiing aifoss the VNC catclinient ai¢a who inay struggle to meet without
this support and this turther enhances ihe help VNC are able to provide to help reduce hardsliip as well as proimoliii&y a ran&pe of
aciivilies.
