Chairman’s Report** The Chair’s report was circulated. All agreed that it was a good comprehensive report and thanked BA. ## **4. Treasurer’s Report** The Treasurer’s report was circulated. The report will be been sent to the Parish Council and will be sent to the Charity Commission, no later than December 2025. Balance over all accounts is £63,445.63 ## **5. Appointment of Trustees** The Trust consists of 7 elected members (Trustees) and representative members from each user group, and may include not more than 4 co-opted members (appointed at a duly constituted meeting of the Committee). Elected trustees have to retire at the end of their three-year term. There were no other nominations ## Representative from Custodian Trustees (Parish Council) None. It was felt that a representative from the Parish Council would be a conflict of interest as they are custodian trustees. It was confirmed that MWCT are in contact with the Parish Council over any after matters arising. ## Representative from other User Groups Jenny Berridge is the representative for Pilates. ## **Appointment of Officers** Officers are appointed from within the committee by the committee.
