**Objects:** (A) RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PERSONS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY BY THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF RECYCLED MATERIALS; (B) PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, RE-USE, RECLAMATION, RECYCLING, USE OF RECYCLED PRODUCTS, BUILDING RECYCLING INTO THE PRODUCTION PROCESS AND THE USE OF SURPLUS; (C) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF WASTE GENERATION, WASTE  MANAGEMENT AND WASTE RECYCLING.

**Activities:** There are millions of bikes lying rusting in garages or being thrown away in the UK.  Meanwhile, in the Africa, a 4-hour daily walk is common (water, school, farm, market).  Re~Cycle collects second hand bikes & parts & ships them to Africa, where partners teach local people how to repair & maintain them, helping them to improve their own lives in a sustainable manner.
