Aid of £262.460. The bulk of the donations and
gift aid (£196,840) were to be used to fund the
Vagelos Scsence Cent￿.

In the Financial Year endin8 31° March 2025
the Charrty received £262.460 in donations and
Gift Aid. Grants of £262.491 were made to
Bamard College. The largest portion of the
Brant was to fund the Vagelos Science Center
renovation which prepares young women for
careers in scien￿. technology. engineerin&
and math IsfEM) flelds.
The tharity continues to work to improve and
develop fundin8 for educational
establishments. in particular. for financial aid
towards deserving Students and plans to
continue these activities in the fvture

The power of appointin8 new trustees of the
charity shall be vested in the president for the
time being of Barnard College or if there is no
such person willing and able to make such an
appointment in the surviving or continuing
trustees and the said president shall have
)wer exercisable by deed to remove any
trustee.
Any person who is for the time being the Wice
President for Development and Alumnae
Affairs of Barnard College shall become and
remain a Trustee during his/her term of office
as such Wice President and shall be deemed to
have retired on ceasing to hold such office {but
nothing in this sub-dause shall prevent the
continuing Trustees from appointing a fomier
Trustee including a former Vice President to be
a new or additional trustee). If the power of
appointing new trustees is exercisable by the
Trustees. then a new trustee hereof may be
appointed by resolution of a meeting of the
Trustees and whenever a tnstee is so
appointed a memordndum of hls app)intment
shall be p￿Pared and 518ned by the person
presidin8 and attested by tsvo other persons
present at such meeting.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act" or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records" or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair. view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
