I report on the attached accounts of the Tnjst for the year ended 30 June 2021
RESPEcfivE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
The charitys trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's
irnstees consider that an audit is not required t-or this year under section 144 ot" the
Clwities Aci 2011 (the Charities Act) and thal an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts UDder section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Direclions given by the Charity
Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the CILarities ACL and
to stale whether particular Matte￿ have come to my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPEIYDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
My examination was carried out in ￿Cordance with general Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in thc accounts, and sceking
explanations from the trustees concerning any such malters. The procedures undertaken

opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'kne artd fair, view and the report is

INDEPED4DETriT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention which gives me
reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the
accounting requiremenls of the Charities Acl have not been met; or to which, in my
opinion. allention should be dra￿Tr in order to enable a proper understanding of the
ounts to be re3¢hed.

**ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2021** 

The Aaron Lazer and Tzirel Goorvitch Memorial Trust is constituted by Deed of Trust and is a registered charity, No. 1062890.  Its address is at 32 Green Lane, London, NW4 2NG. 

The charity trustees during the year  were: 

Mr Stephen Stone Mr David Freedman Mrs Annette Stone 

The main objects of the charity are to further Jewish religious education and to alleviate poverty. 

The charity was endowed by the late Mr and Mrs Kenwright and by their daughter Mrs Stone as a memorial to Mrs Kenwright's parents.  Donations are made by the family and friends and the charity does not normally seek to raise funds from members of the public. 

During the year the charity made donations to other charitable organisations and to individuals in the furtherance of its aims. 

The charity's independent examiner is Mr A Heller FCA of Messrs Martin + Heller, Chartered Accountants, 5 North End Road, London, NW11 7RJ.
