**Objects:** A) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES IN WALES, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES INCLUDING PARTICIPATION IN THE ARTS TO ENABLE THE SAID PERSONS TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PART OF SOCIETY AND TO INCREASE THE CHOICES OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND THE CONTROL THEY HAVE OVER THEIR OWN LIVES;B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONGST THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONG VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, THE CARERS AND FOR FAMILIES OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AS TO THE NEEDS EXPERIENCES AND ASPIRATIONS AND WISHES OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES.
