**Objects:** THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: (A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF FILM AND  (B) TO BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF SOUTH SEFTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** We operate a 3-screen cinema, for leisure/entertainment and education/social activities.
