THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL HELP, ADVICE ,ASSISTANCE ,SERVICE, SUPPORT, ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION TO SUCH PERSONS. [B] THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND MENTAL OR PHYSICAL SICKNESS OR SUFFERING AMONGST THE CARERS AND THE THE ABOVE OBJECTS.[C] TO ADVANCE EDUCATION CONCERNING CARING AMONG CARERS AND THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** The Charity provides advice, information, advocacy and support to "unpaid" family and friend Carers to ensure that they have access to practical and emotional support, and time out from their caring role. The Charity also provides assistance to enable Carers to continue in their caring role whilst maintaining their own health & wellbeing. Acts strategically to ensure that Carers' voices are heard.
