Res ctlve res nslbllltles of the trustees and examlner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charlty's trustees consider that an audit Is not QuIred for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an independent examlnation Is needed. It is my responsibillty to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act to follow the procedures lald down In the General Directions 8lven by the Charlty Commission under sectlon 14515)(b) of the 2011 Art and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention Basls of the Independent examlnerfs report My examlnatlon was carrled out In accordance with the General D5ctIOnS given by the Charlty Commisslon. An examlnatlon includes a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes conslderatlon of any unusual Items or dlsclosures In the accounts, and In the seeking of explanations from you as trustees concernin8 any such matters.
