**Objects:** A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS AND PRIMARILY THE MUSLIM INHABITANTS OF ROCHDALE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO:(I) ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION ACCORDING TO THE TEACHING OF THE HOLY QURAN AND FIQA-E-JAFRIA(II) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION INCLUDING THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND(III) PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.B) TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREAFTER CALLED "THE CENTRE") AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN COOPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT.

**Activities:** Teaching of Holy Quran according to Shia Isna Ashree(Fiqa-E-Jafaria), to the community from all walks of life. Teaching of Islamic values and culture in western society. Hold daily prayers. Hold lectures on religious and social days especially during the sacred and Holy months of Muharram and Ramadan.
