The trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with thc aC￿U￿ting poliries set out in not¢ I to the accounts and
comply with the charity's governing document. the Companies Act 2006 and 'A¢￿UntIng and Reporting by Charities:

Rep)rting Stsndard applicalble in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102). (as amended for accounting periods
commen¢ing from l January 2016).
OBJEcfivES AND ACTJVITIES

The ¢harity's objectives are the advancement of education and such other charitsble pujposes as the charlty may from
time to time decide.
Pllbllc benefit
The charity's aims w¢re carried out for the public benefit. This was achieved by making grants to the Peres Cenlre for
Peace in Israel. In approvin8 those donations, the trustees have paid due r¢gard to guidance issued by ihe Charity
Commission in d￿ldIng what activities the charity should undertake.
FINANCJAL REVIEW
FlnanciRI revlew
The charity received donations of £34.855 (2023.. £16,000). During the Course of the year donations totalling £46,0(10
were made (2023, nil).
Th¢ trustees havc 85sessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, and are satisfied that Systems arc in place to
miligate exposur¢ lo the major risks.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the ac¢ounts of the Company for the year ended 31 Mar¢h 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees of the Company (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are resw)nsible for
the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (*he 2006 ACV).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audiled under Part 16 of the 2006 Act
and are eligible for independenl examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charity's accounts as carried
out under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 {'the 2011 Act,). In carying out my examination I have followed the
Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.

Basiq of preparing th¢ financial sl*tements
The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public beneflt enlity under FRS 102, have been
prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102) 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Ststement
of Rewmmended Practlce applicable to charlties preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective l January 2019}'
Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
Ireland, and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost
convention.
Ineome
All income is recognised in the Ststement of Financial Activities once the charity has entitlement to the funds, it
is probable that th¢ income will be ￿e1Ved and th¢ amount ¢an b¢ measured reliably.
Expendlture
Liabilities arc ￿OgniSed ￿ exp¢nditUTe as soon as there 15 a legal or ¢onstru¢tive obligation commitling the
Charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and
the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruuls basis and has
been classified under headings that aggregate aIl cost related io the cate80ry. Where costs Cannot be directly
attributed to particular headings they have been allocated io actlvities on a basis consistent with the use of
Grants offered subject to Conditions whtch have not been met at the year ¢nd date are noted as a commitment but
not a￿￿ed as expenditur¢.

The charity is exempt from corporation tsx on its ¢haritabl¢ activities.
Fund aceountlng
Unrestricted funds ¢an be used in aowrdance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trnstees.
Restricted funds can only be used for particular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity. Restrictions
arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
