Piease find our annual report for the year ending 31° May 205. We had a meeting last week on the 21st February, 2026 for the approval of the report which Mr. Esoof Mehmood presented after the Qazi & Sons prepared.

All the trustees and Working Committee members were present.

Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31-05-25

Dear Sir/Madam,

The meeting was started with the recitation from the Holy Quran.

Mohammed Akhtar was appointed to chair the meeting.

The following Trustees and Working Committee members were presents.

Mr. Nadeem Akhtar Mr. Sulaiman Mayet (junior) Mr. Hamza lfteqar

In the meeting, it was decided to include in the clause 12, the following changes in the constitution, added in (vii)., as in the event of a Trustee ceasing to reside within the boundary defined by Waltham Forest and the surrounding area, the remaining Trustee or Trustees shall have full discretion to appoint a replacement Trustee. Any person so appointed may be any individual deemed suitable and fit by the continuing Trustee or Trustees, and such appointed may be made from any location within the United Kingdom as circumstances require. It was also decided to replace the old roof by removing entirely with the new one. We shall take about three quotations, and see how much it will cost. This we plan to do it in Summer of 2026.

As the trustees, you are responsible to preparation of the accounts: you consider that the audit requirement of section 43 (2a) of the Charities act 1993(the act) does not apply. It is my responsibility to state, on the basis of procedures specified in the General Direction by the Charity Commissioners under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, whether particulars matter come to my attention.

Basis of Independent examiner’s report

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Direction given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the account, and seeking explanations fromprovideyouallas theTrustees evidenceconcerning that wouldany besuch requiredmatters.in anThe audit,procedures and consequentlyundertaken| dodo notnot express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

Independent examiner’s statement

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:

  1. Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that on any material respect the requirements

To keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the ACT; and

To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the

accounting requirements of the ACT, have not been met; or

  1. To which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
