**Objects:** TO BENEFIT YOUNG PERSONS THROUGHOUT GREAT BRITAIN, ESPECIALLY THE SICK AND NEEDY, IN SUCH MANNER DEEMED IN LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE TRUST WILL; A) ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, B) HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES.

**Activities:** Grants are given to young people to enable them to aspire to and reach challenging and worthwhile goals or to take advantage of opportunities which will improve their lives and give them a sense of purpose and fulfilment.  Grants can also be awarded to individuals, small groups or organisations who provide practical support to benefit needy, sick or disadvantaged youngsters.
