|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|The club is still gaining members and<br>achieving phenomonal results in the<br>Leicestershire County area competitions and<br>being able to help the county in their own<br>events such as the Young Farmer Rally held<br>in Netherseal area.<br>The club has yet again won the County Rally<br>but with fiercer competition from other clubs<br>in the county, the whole county Is going from<br>strength to strength. Still a very strong<br>presence in National Competitions from<br>Netherseal in Fence erecting, volleyball and<br>stock Judging Classes.<br>In celebration of the club the annual dinner<br>dance at Pirelli stadium was a great success<br>from a non-profit event. With events through<br>the year such as the Spring Party, Christmas<br>tree collection, Tractor Run and many others<br>all organised by the committee all raised<br>significant funds for club and charities<br>involves for fundraising.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 08 / 2024** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
