**Objects:** TO PROVIDE SUPPORTED ACCOMODATION IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE AND NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT")FOR YOUNG HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP  OR DISTRESS AND TO ASSIST IN THE RESETTLEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF SUCH PEOPLE INTO THE COMMUNITY

**Activities:** Support and empower young people who are homeless to recognise, develop and take advantage of the choices open to them.  Provide high quality, effective and flexible housing and support services to meet the diverse needs of young people who are homeless.
