I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 December 2025. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or

Legal Structure:
The Trust was eslablished by Dedaration of Trust dated 14th ju￿ 1994, is govemed by
Board ofTrustees and has the Charity Commission registered nurnber 1061200. The Trustees
are elected. The trust is based at Sl Pei8rfs Church, Sumner Rd. HarTOW HA14BX.
Activhles:
The trustees met regularly during the year to hear and evaluate staff reports. govemance
matters and assess the financAal position. Separately the trustees met to consider Icry temi
objectives.
The trust cAJntinued lo benefit from the effcyts of its staff member armfj volunieers. The trustees
identified the need for a second stsff member. wh•th this was achieved in 8arly 2026. 11 is
anticipated that t1￿ regular income and the res8rv8s of the charity will enable fvnding of
full time workers until 2028. The trusiees seek funding from new sources so thal the
employment of Nvo persons can be Sustain￿ indefinitely.
We continue to strengthen ￿latIonShIp with ChurC*￿S in the borough. Prayer meetings were
organised in conjunction viith St Michael and All Angels Church and Sl Peterfs Church whith
provided an update to those ¢hurth communities of lh8 work Regen is dling in local school5.

The trustees regard churches as best placed to maintain and encourage the growth of the
Chnslian faith in their immediale vicinity. To assist churthes with the recruitment of volunteers,
a training course was Pfovided by Regen in Novemb￿.
A¢￿$$ lo Harrow's primary sdK)ols and provision of Chrislian resources lo sch¢x)Is has been
g¢x)d, reaching around 5.(KM)-6.000 thildren this year. In addition to assemblies, clubs,
roadshows and socials skills dubs we continue to provide Sup[￿ ￿ thiklren in y8ar 6 as th8y
pr8pare to move to secondary sthcrf)l.
We infonn our supporters of the trusys activities by efftil aThl weekly onlin8 prayer meetings.
Scripture Union, which is invaluable as a rnission partner. has provided our staff and trustees
wilh aC￿sS to training arKI engagément with fellow workers.
Reserve5 and funding:
The Irusi's reseNes policy is to retsin sufficient cash reserves to meet the annual cost of its
highest paid employee. w￿re there is more than one employee, an additional reseThe equal
to three mnths, sakry the addrtM)nal employee{s) is kept. The trust's reseNes throughcArt
Ihe period exceeded the amount required by this Fdicy.
We received generous prayer and financial support from indiwduals. local churches and
Chantable trusts. The tnjslees recognise Ihat new sources of financial supwrt are required
and this will be a Pn￿tY in 2026.
The Trustees all give generously ol their time in operalion of the Trust and Ihe only expenses
claimed have been for expendilure on behalf of Ihe Trust.
