Objects of the Trust: The trusl exists to promote the Christian faith to School comrnunities in the London Borough of Harrow. The Truslees who Se￿ed during the year or for part of the year were: Douglas Collier Treasurer Julie Paice Chairperson Hilary Millard Johnny Rapson Mark Stephensan Legal Structure: Thé Trust was established by Declaration of Trust dated 14th June 1994, is govemed by a Board of Trustees and has the Charity Commission re9lStered number 1061200. The Trustees are elected. The trust is based at Trinity Church, Hinde5 Rd, Harrow HA11 RX. Activitles: The trustees met regularfy during the year to hear and evaluate staff reports, govemance matters and assess the financial position. Separately the trustees mel to consider long tenn objectives. The trust conts'nued to benefit from the efforts of its outstanding staff. We have strong relationship with churches, particularly those in the west of the borough. A primary objective in 2025 is to have doser contact with churches, particularly those in the east of the borough. The trustees continue to oversee a vision whereby its employees pioneer contact with local schools in conjunction with the local Christian community. The trustees regard churches as besl placed to maintain and encourage the growth of the Christian faith in their irnmediata vicinity. Acces8 to Harrow's primary schools and provision of Christian resources to schools has been good, reaching around 5,000-6,000 children this year. In addition to assemblies, clubs, Page 2

roadshows and socials skills clubs we continue to provide support to children in year 6 as they prepare to move to secondary school. The trustees regard continuing support of these children as they enter secondary school an ideal opportunity to extend our ministry into secondary schools. The trustees recognise Ihat this will require additional staffing and continue lo seek the financial resources to achieve this. We received generous prayer and financial support from individuals, local churches and charitable trusts. Financial support was reduced from 2023 as there was less need to approach donors for assistance. infomi our supporters of the trust'5 activities by e-mail and weekly online prayer meelings. scriptu￿ Union, which is invaluable as a mission partner. has provided our staff and trustees with access to training and engagement with fellow workers. Reserves and funding: The trust continues to seek to monitor its reserrfes in the short term. The trust's aim is to maintain reserves 8quivalent to three months of regular expenditure. Reserves increased in 2024 and now exc88d a full year of normal expenditure. The trustees regard this a temporary surplus that will naturally erode when full staffing provision is achieved. The Trustees all give generously of their time in operation of the Trust and the only expenses claimed have been for expenditure on behalf of the Trust, Approved by the Truslee$ on and signed on their behalf by Julie Paice.
