**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF LASTINGHAM AND SPAUNTON

**Activities:** The Darley Memorial Hall is used by the villages of Lastingham & Spaunton. The Management Committee are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep.  Funds are raised by organising events for the local community as well as the general public. The hall is used for keep fit classes, wedding receptions, birthday parties, meetings, lectures and other village social events.
