The main achievement is raising the awareness
of farming and country pract5ces to the general
public who attend the annual show whilst
providing a wholesome famlly day out at the
lowest cost POS5ible. As the society has existed

CONSTITUTION
The charlty's organisational

The Society shall conslst of President, Patrons,
and Members. (A Patron of the society wlll
have one vote as per ordlnary members. A
Patron of the soclety shall be eli8lble to brln8
one guest on a show day without any further
char8e. The Patron and Guest shall be entitled
to entrance to the VIP enclosure and
refreshments on offer as per the other
members of the socletyl.

OFFICERS
The offlcers of the soclety shall be Presldent,
Chalrman, Vlce Chalrman, Treasurer, Secretary
and Health & Safety officer. These shall form
the Executive Committee.
TRUSTEES
There shall be a minimum of two Trustees and
a max5mum of f5ve Trustees of the Soclety
elected by a majority of the votes recorded. All
society membets are eliglble to stand to
become a Trustee. These elections shall be held
as and when the need arises determined by the
Executive Commlttee.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
chanty ('the Trust.) for the year ended 30 109 12024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
basis of report accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's ststement come lo my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect,
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Act,. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
