**Activities:** To maintain a community centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of  Riverview Park. The centre provides for a nursery school, senior citizens club, dancing (ballet, stage, line-dancing, ballroom, sequence) youth club, martial arts, church services and a hall for hiring for functions.
