known as Eden Wildlife Trust. vthereby she settled furKls on Trustees to be held L¥ expended on charitable

Trust are directed to educatKJn ¢oncernry wibj animals and to the conservation of wildlrfe, both in Kenya.
The Board have ensuied that the LyratK)ns ofthe Trust during yfrar have been directed to the need to
pffjmde wblic benefl.
HistorKaNy many of our wqacts requested di• by the Kenya Wildlrfe Service. How8ver, more
recentty we have been wofking with other NGOS by providing funds for Icral projects. We longer work
'redty with Kenya W&dlrfe Ser¥ice. Monies are hebj for emergency support and direct roquasts.
An annual budget for projects in Kenya was sel ty the Trystees. Projects are funded directy to NGOS
from ¢JJr UK bank ac¢ounL No rmnies are for ktsl distrbutK)n in Kenya.
In the Y￿ under review. th8 TNstees Continu￿ to putsue general obj'ectives in continuation of those in
prewou5 years. The Trust ¢(￿centrate$. in most part, on prov*Jing fvnds lo assist ranger teams or
supporting projects that assist the bcal co￿1￿Uni￿as. Often these prc4ecls do not receive signifi'cant other
funding from the larger intematic￿l ch¥itbes. We have not been requ8sled lo provide Emer9ency funds
by any organi&*ion during the ￿ar, and this smal of budget was left unused.
However. pleasingty. all ofthe major prqects planned ha¥e been successfuly C¢￿￿ed.
RESERVES POUCY
A8 a matter of policy, the Trustees will seek to maintain value of the ExpefKlable Endowment Fund.
The Trustees are watchful that the basic Capi￿ assets represented by the Expendable Endowment Fund
are able lo support expenditure in excess ot incLYne taking year with another and where 8ssenlial are
stil prepared to spend nviey in excess of income.
KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REMUNERATION
