And The Time And Manner Of Such Payment Or Application Or Appropriation Of The Trust Fund And The Income Thereof Shall Be In The Absolute Discretion Of The Trustees Provided Always That The Trustees May During The Period Of 21 Years From The Date Hereof Accumulate Any Part Of The Income By Capitalising IT As An Accretion To And Part Of The Trust Fund
