3. Structure, Governance and Management
Fairfield PTA is an unincorporated 8$$0¢18tion governed by its constitution. Trustees are
appointed in accordance with th8 constitution and supported by 8 wider committee of
parentand staff volunteers.
4. Objectives
The PTA'$ objective is to advancethe experience of pupils at Fairfield Prep School by
providing and assisting in the provision of educ8tional facilities. The PTA also fosters
relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.

5. Activities and Achievements
Duringtheyear, the PTAfocused on rai8ingfun(JstOW8rds newequipmentfor the
upgrade of Eadon Hall. Fundraising activities in¢luded:

6. Flnanclal Revlow
The PTA'S reserves policy is to maintain a mlnlmum bank bal8nce of £5.000, Includlng8
minimum float of £2,500. Any deviation requires Mo authorised signatories, one of
whom must b8the Headmaster.
For the year ended 31 August 2025:

Closing Balance: £38.510.22
The financial position is considered satisfactory.
