The objectives of the Charity are to relieve the stresses experienced by Carers and Beneficiaries ('Carers' means any person or people involved in the provision of care for a person or people who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age. 'Beneficiary' means any person or people who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age.)

Objects: (a) The relief of those in need by reasons of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through the provision of comprehensive support services for carers and the people that they care for throughout the East Sussex and Brighton and Hove area and (b) The assistance of carers in need including by raising awareness of issues affecting carers.
