Statement from the Trustees

This academic year has seen a number of very successful events with noticeable improvements on prior year’s. The fireworks night returned for a second year and proved even more enjoyable and profitable, securing its place as an annual event not to be missed.

This year saw an investment in Summer Fair games which did impact the event’s profitability, however the investment will improve the event for the years to come.

The PTFA also introduced a new event to their calendar, the Fairview Colour Run, which was unfortunately postponed due poor weather. This event will be run at the start of the next academic year and we hope will feature in future PTFA programs.

All of the events run throughout the year have helped to raise a significant amount of money, enabling us to continue our support for the school’s major projects, such as the renovation of the old school swimming pool.

The Association thanks parents and teaching staff for their continued support, without which the PTFA program of events would not be able to run.
