The residents are complimentary about the availability and standard of refurbishment
the hall has undertaken works lo the value of £50k and added £10k of fixtures and
fittings to make this building usable across both floors.
New groups are coming online, and regular sessions are being established within the
community. These groups are self-run by local residents, and we seek to continue to
support their growth via an initial new group reduced hire of only £7.50 per hour for

their first 3 months of activity. We are keen to work with the community and support
development and very clear that this building belongs to our community and a sense
of pride and ownership has grown Sin￿ we originally started this project. In
September we look forward to the first youth club activity with Keadby 516 in its early
stages of setting up offering a weekly term-time session for primary school aged
children.
The charity also looks after the Millenium Field and occupies it by way of a deed of
trust. The field has been brought back into good use by trustee David Lloyd and new
children's football teams are still emerging and the facility now has around 70
children playing. There is no charge for the use of the field by village children, and
the upk88p is managed by volunteers.
The site also houses a skate park which is maintained and insured by the Keadby
with Althorpe Parish Council and is open and accessible to all without charge.
The trustees have adopted a full suite of governing documents and policies to
safeguard the charity these include.
1) Health & Safety

September we look forward to the first youth club activity with Keadby 516 in its early
stages of setting up offering a weekly term-time session for primary school aged

children. We hope that with adequate numbers of volunteers the group can extend to
older children and young people.
We are also looking into the start up of a community cinema to help redu￿ isolation
particularly in some of older residents.

Julie Reed is working with David Lloyd to establish a Syr plan to develop the football

sporting community. Julie will complete the necessary funding bids to ensure that we
can deliver on these plans. The Charity will need to consider this within its financial
