The Relief Of Persons In Conditions Of Physical Need, Hardship Or Distress, In Particular (But Not Exclusively) By Promoting And Co-Ordinating The Work Of The Christian Church In Lancashire And Especially In The General Area Of Blackburn In Assisting Them In Obtaining The Full Benefit Of Their Rights As Citizens. 3. The Advancement Of Education, In Particular (But Not Exclusively) By Promoting And Co-Ordinating The Work Of The Christian Church In Lancashire And Especially In The General Area Of Blackburn In Providing, Or Assisting With The Provision Of, Vocational And Other Training For The Benefit Of Persons In Conditions Of Need.
