Assistsnce has been provided at local, natlonal and Internatlonal lthtl to many or8anlsatSons by
provldln8 help and guldance. Over £28,LXX) has been donated to them. Wlthln the amount, the
member5 of the Rotary Club of Tamworth distributed £6,587.17) of the budget provided for the
year 2023124 and I thank them for their service in enablin8 this to be done.
Our Rotary Christmas Slel8h was well supported by the residents of the Tamworth dostrict. The
proiert rnised £22,154.31 of whlch £10,885 was dtstrfbuted to the collectlng organlsatlons. I
thank everyone who asslsted In makln8 ft such a success, comln8 out In all-weather to help.
We also hekl our second annual Famlly Fun Day ￿[th was a great success and ralsed
£2,893.45.
Internat￿￿allY as a dub we have donated to £ICrfJ) to the Rotary Foundatlon to support End
Pollo.

I report on the accounts of the Trust for the tear ended 3LP June 2024, whlch are set out on the
pages 4. 5 and 6.
The Charws Trustees conslder that an audlt Is not required for thls year (under sectlon 43(2) of
the Charltle5 Act 1993 (The Act) and that an Independent Examlnatlon Is requlred.
It Is my resp(￿sIbIl￿V to examine the accounts (under sertknn 43 of the Act) and to follow the
procedures lald down In the General Dlrectlons 8lven by the Charlty Commlsslon (under sectkni
43(7>(b) of the Act) and to state whether partlcular matters h8ve come to my attentlon.

My examlnatlon was carrled out In accordan￿ wlth the General Dlrectlons glven by the Charlty
Commissioners. An examination Includes a revlew of the accountin8 record5 kept by the
Charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented with these records. ft also Indudes
conslderation of any uNsual Items or dlsclosures In the accourts and seeklng any explanatlons
from the trustee concernlng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provlde all
the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit
oplnlon on the accounts.
