Objects: (1) For The Relief Of Children And Young Persons In The London Borough Of Newham By The Provision Of An Advisory And Information Service And Through Access To A Counselling Service: (2) To Educate And Assist Young Persons Through Their Leisure Time Activities So As To Develop Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They Might Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved Particularly By: (1) The Provision Of Both A Centralised And Localised Helpline Service In Newham Which Values And Respects Children And Young People; (11) The Provision Of A Service Which Allows Children And Young People To Communicate Their Needs, Wishes, Feelings And Problems Through An Immediate Contact Phoneline; (111) The Provision Of A Befriending Service For Those Children And Young People In Need Of One To One Support; And (Iv) The Provision Of A High Quality Training For The Service Providers.
