**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE AND ALSO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY (VOLUNTARY MANAGED) GROUPS.

**Activities:** The playschool ceased activity on 31 Aug 2011. HMRC issues have been resolved and payments from outstanding funds have been donated to local registered charities. There are no outstanding funds and bak accounts have ben closed. This will be our final Return
