NEW ISRAEL FUND IS THE LEADING ORGANISATION STRENGTHENING DEMOCRACY AND EQUALITY IN ISRAEL. NIF HELPS DEVELOP ISRAEL'S CIVIL SOCIETY ON ISSUES INCLUDING SHARED SOCIETY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, MINORITY RIGHTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH GRANT-MAKING, ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY-BUILDING, AND DELIVERING PROJECTS. IN THE UK WE RUN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ON THESE ISSUES.
Objects: The Advancement Of Such Purposes As The Company Thinks Fit In The State Of Israel And In Any Of The Territories In The Near Or Middle East To The Extent That The Same Are Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales
