identified the need to replace the sash

in a poor working environment for staff and
pupils.
The William Tyndale Charitable Trust (“the
Charitable Trust”) initiated a fundraising
campaign “Windows of Opportunity” in
January 2024 to raise a proportion of the
cost of the project. The campaign activities
included:

A new CAF campaign raising £7k
before gift aid and fees;

A “giving day” initiative in July 2024,
raising £11k before fees and gift
aid.

Trust in the year to 31stOctober 2024 was
the provision of £88k to the School, towards

sash windows with new, double glazed hard
wood sash windows.
The total cost to replace the windows was
£160k, (including replacement of doors on
the same side of the building). The windows
were installed in August 2024. This work has
resulted in fully functioning, attractive
windows with excellent heat insulation due
to double glazing and custom fit.
A total of eight classrooms benefitted from
installation of the new double glazed sash
windows, Staff and pupils have reported
warmer rooms in winter and improved ease
of opening and closing windows to regulate
temperatures.
The west fascia, guttering and roof were
