In the elderly centre we provide serivces for elderly people around the area of barking/dagenham, redbridge and newham to socialise. We also provide yoga exercises, light refreshments and on occassions, we book day trips to the seaside in the summer.
Objects: To Relieve The Elderly In Need Within The Ramgarhia Community And Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.
