St Paul's Community Trust exists as a charity to provide holistic support to people living in the Cliftonville area irrespective of race, gender, sexuality or belief. The area is in a situation of great social need with a much higher than national average in such areas as people living on benefit, houses of multiple occupation and hospital admissions related to alcohol and drug offences.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Local Community Of Cliftonville And Margate Without Distinction Of Gender,sexual Orientation,race Or Of Political Or Religious Opinions By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education,to Relieve Poverty,to Protect And Preserve Health And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants
